Our Story

Our story begins in 1988, with our founder's diagnosis of terminal with liver cancer. At just 25, Kari E. Samson, faced the unthinkable; an untimely death. Kari's story has, and continues to be repeated millions of times every year as the system fails people who trust it, and are its casualties.

Kari E. Samson - CEO, Founder

As founder, director, and Chief Executive Officer of AlternaCare, a savvy three-decade successful business executive, Kari's prior successes in business includes services, insurance, and products sales. As a three decade terminal liver cancer survivor, Kari's vision to build a fresh alternative health system reinventing health, healthcare, and health insurance holistically is why we're here.

Gregory Lewis - CFO

Gregory Lewis is Chief Financial Officer of EcoAngels Foundation and CFO of AlternaCare. Gregory majored in Business Administration at the Australian Institute of Management, and in his professional background, his skillsets include board positions and financial management in medical, healthcare, aviation, and financial sectors. An executive who achieves financial targets.

Dr. Patricia Knox - CMO

Dr. Knox holds a Ph.D. in natural medicine and is a Doctor of Humanitarian Services, and an Alternative Medicine Practitioner. She is also the educator of the AlternaCare Academy course and the Live Prevention Tips video course, Dr. Knox also serves as faculty at Quantum University in Honolulu, HI.

Jason Levine - CTO

Ten years experience in IT, Jason is proficient in interface mapping/design, hardware diagnostics, and managing systems over multiple platforms. Jason is recognized for providing technical solutions involving interface/data management, networking, software/hardware selection, and systems analysis. Skilled at efficiency and maximizing return on investment, implementing cutting-edge technology solutions, and training system administrators.
